Extended description

As the turn of the new century beckons, the New Earth Government announces it's ambitious plans for the 
re-developement of several urban slums.  Unfortunately the plans turn out to be rather more costly than 
was first realised.

Predictably the finances behind the project are used up and the job is left half done.  The sites for 
re-developement lie in incompletion and gradually begin to fall back to the gangs of vicious urban dwellers 
who used to inhabit the purple zones of the city.

With the abandoned construction now lying in near ruin the New Earth Government pleads for assistance in the  
further funding of their project.  The now dominent Liandri corporation are the first to come forward with a
proposal.

They strike a deal with the Earth leaders allowing them to use one of the sites for a limited time 
as a capture the flag arena.  The new arena proves very popular, combining the decaying urban enviroment with
high tech construction work.

Author's Notes
--------------
The Map is sooo vastly different from the original it would be cruel to call it version 2.0 (so don't).  To cut 
a long story short I simply went back to it, filled in some of the unused space, placed more emphasis on
close combat, added some routes and brushed up the item placement.  I'm pleased with most aspects of the map, I 
just couldn't get those bastard Bots right!  You have to appreciate that the number of different routes made this
a nightmare to bot path.  I tweaked and tweaked the pathnodes etc but they still ain't great. 
They defend and attack good enough but they don't utilise the whole map.  They have occasional moments of glory 
where they'll take an impressive route to the flag, but mainly they just run down the street.
I'm not saying bot matches are boring, I just think this map would be lots more fun by LAN or 
over the internet.

I would appreciate some feedback... Q
